Stornoway Diamond Corp.'s warrants will expire at 5 p.m. ET on July 8, 2016, and will be delisted at the close on the same day, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. The TSX reports that each warrant entitles the holder to buy one share of the company at 90 cents per share. According to the TSX, all trades on July 6, 2016, will be for special settlement on July 7, 2016, and all trades on July 6, 2016, and July 7, 2016, will be for cash settlement on the following business day. All trades on July 8, 2016, to 12 p.m. ET, will settle for cash on the same day.
