SANTA ROSA RESOURCES CORP. REPORTS FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR Q3 2015

Santa Rosa Resources Corp. has released its quarterly results for the period ended Sept. 30, 2015. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with international financial reporting standards.

Colin Haddock, chief executive officer, said, "The directors and officers of Santa Rosa Resources Corp. are continuing to seek a suitable new opportunity for the company."

Financial results

For the three months ended Sept. 30, 2015, the company incurred a net loss of $6,625 (Sept. 30, 2014: $22,214), and for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2015, the company incurred a net loss of $23,269 (Sept. 30, 2014: $44,060).

Liquidity and outstanding share capital

As at Sept. 30, 2015, the company had a working capital deficit of $25,395 compared with a working capital deficit of $2,126 at Dec. 31, 2014.

As at Nov. 30, 2015, the company had 6,871,323 common shares issued and outstanding.
