SANTA ROSA RESOURCES CORP. REPORTS FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR Q3 2014

Santa Rosa Resources Corp. has released its quarterly results for the period ended Sept. 30, 2014. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with international financial reporting standards.

David Roberts, president and chief executive officer, said, "The directors and officers of Santa Rosa Resources Corp. are continuing to seek a suitable new opportunity for the company."

Financial results

For the three months ended Sept. 30, 2014, the company incurred a net loss of $22,214 (Sept. 30, 2013: $6,615), and a net loss of $44,060 (Sept. 30, 2013: $20,805) for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2014.

Liquidity and outstanding share capital

As at Sept. 30, 2014, the company had a working capital of $31,656 compared with a working capital deficiency of $44,284 at Dec. 31, 2013.

As at Nov. 27, 2014, the company had 6,871,323 common shares issued and outstanding.
