SANATANA CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Sanatana Resources Inc. has, further to its news releases of Sept. 16 and Sept. 23, 2014, closed the non-brokered private placement of 2.5 million units at 12 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $300,000.

Each unit consists of one flow-through common share in the capital of the company and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional non-flow-through common share in the capital of the company at a price of 15 cents per warrant share on or before Oct. 1, 2016.

All securities issued in connection with the offering are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on Feb. 2, 2015, in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
