Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders April 5, 2011, Sanatana Diamonds Inc. has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening May 2, 2011, the common shares of Sanatana Resources Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Sanatana Diamonds Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a Tier 2 mining exploration and development company.

Capitalization:  unlimited shares with no par value of which 81,585,172 shares are issued and outstanding
