Stem Cell Therapeutics Corp. will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as an industrial issuer at the open on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, according to the TSX. The exchange reports Stem Cell, which currently trades on the TSX Venture Exchange, will delist from the TSX-V prior to listing on the TSX. Its trading symbol will remain SSS. It will list 346,377,674 shares, 124,377,031 of which are issued and outstanding.
