Sandstorm Gold Ltd.'s Series C share purchase warrants will expire at 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014, and will delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close on that day, according to the TSX. One Series C warrant entitles the holder to buy 0.145 of a Sandstorm share for $2.

The TSX reports all trades in the warrants completed on Oct. 2, 2014, will be for special settlement on Oct. 6, 2014. All trades completed on Oct. 3 and Oct. 6, 2014, will settle on the next business day in cash. All trades completed to 12 p.m. (Toronto time) on Oct. 7, 2014, will settle on the same day in cash.
