SLATE RETAIL REIT COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF FOREST PLAZA

Slate Retail REIT has successfully completed the previously announced acquisition of a grocery-anchored shopping centre located in Fond du Lac, Wis. Forest Plaza was acquired for $16.83-million (U.S.) ($137 (U.S.) per square foot). The 123,028-square-foot property is anchored by Pick 'n Save, a subsidiary of Roundy's Supermarkets Inc.
