STRIKE GRAPHITE CORP. ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT FOR $200,000

Strike Graphite Corp. intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to 3,333,333 units at a price of six cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $200,000.

Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of the company at an exercise price of 10 cents per common share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

The securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance.

The net proceeds of the private placement will be used for the evaluation of the company's properties, and for general working capital purposes.
