The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to a mineral property option agreement dated Oct. 15, 2013, between Soldi Ventures Inc. and Ken Smith, pursuant to which the company has an option to acquire a 100-per-cent undivided interest in 16 mineral claims totalling 256 hectares located 63 kilometres northwest of Hearst, in Northeastern Ontario, know as the Nagagami East property. In consideration, the company will pay a total of $35,000 and will issue a total of 2.5 million shares in stages.

Upon exchange approval:  $15,000 and one million shares

On or before the first anniversary:  $20,000 and 1.5 million shares

The property is subject to 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty in favour of Mr. Smith. The company may purchase 1 per cent of the NSR for $1-million at any time up to when a production decision is made.
