James Dines, writing in the Nov. 30, 2012, issue of The Dines Letter, says buy Soltoro Ltd. at 48 cents. He first said buy on April 11, 2011, at 76 cents. Assuming an investment of $1,000, the position would now be worth $630. Mr. Dines says Soltoro's market capitalization is around what is was several years ago, when the company had 30 million ounces of silver (43-101 compliant) at its main property, El Rayo, in Mexico. Now, the company has 77 million ounces of 43-101-compliant silver at El Rayo, and, more importantly, the editor says he believes it has a core of around 35 million ounces, grading over 100 grams per tonne, which means lower costs. This alone, he says, provides tremendous leverage to the price of silver. Soltoro has optioned out several of its other properties, while retaining royalties and a percentage, says Mr. Dines. After meeting with management, the editor says he expects Soltoro to continue optioning properties, while it drills more at El Rayo, which still has untested exploration potential.
