Effective Dec. 22, 2014, Sintana Energy Inc.'s short form prospectus dated Dec. 8, 2014, was filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange. The prospectus was filed with and receipted by the British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Ontario securities commissions on Dec. 9, 2014, pursuant to the provisions of the respective securities acts.
The TSX-V has been advised that closing occurred on Dec. 16, 2014, for gross proceeds of $1.6-million.

Offering: 17,777,777 units; each unit consists of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant

Exercise price/term: Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share of the company at a price of 12 cents for a period of one year.
Agent's fee: A fee equal to 6 per cent of the proceeds from units sold pursuant to the agency agreement between the company and the agent plus 1,066,666 warrants have been paid to the agent. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share at a price of nine cents for a period of one year.
