Mr. Ian Rozier reports

SHAREHOLDER NEWS RELEASE

Ian Rozier filed an early warning report dated Dec. 1, 2015, advising of his holdings in Sennen Potash Corp.

The shareholder acquired beneficial ownership and control of 1.23 million common shares by way of a private transaction, representing approximately 5.2 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation.

The shareholder now has ownership and control over a total of 4,092,117 common shares of the corporation, representing 17.3 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation.

This news release is issued pursuant to National Instrument 62-103, the early warning system, and related takeover bid and insider reporting issues, which also requires a report to be filed with regulatory authorities in each of the jurisdictions in which the corporation is a reporting issuer containing additional information with respect to the foregoing matters.
