As a result of the exercise of options, the total number of shares and votes in Semafo Inc. has changed during August, 2014, as follows.

The number of shares has increased by 696,250 common shares, and the total number of shares in the corporation as of Aug. 29, 2014, amounts to 277,449,185 common shares. The total number of votes in the corporation has increased by 696,250 and amounts to 277,449,185. The corporation's share capital as of Aug. 29, 2014, amounts to approximately 8,646,214,235 Swedish krona.
