SIMBA ENERGY RETAINS STAR FINANCE GMBH

Simba Energy Inc. has retained the services of Star Finance GmbH, an investor relations firm from Switzerland, to provide investor relations services in Europe.

Effective as of Sept. 1, 2014, Star Finance has been and will continue to provide investor relations, marketing and consultant services for the European market to Simba Energy for a period of 12 months.
