The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  April 30, 2014

New expiry date of warrants:  June 30, 2014

Exercise price of warrants:  7.5 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 8,133,998 voting common shares and 101,078,813 restricted voting common shares (each restricted share convertible into one voting common share) with 2,711,331 voting common share purchase warrants and 33,692,934 restricted voting common share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Dec. 24, 2013.
