SUPREME RETAINS CAPITAL MARKETS ADVISOR

Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. has engaged Merriman Capital Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Merriman Holdings Inc., as its capital markets adviser. As part of the engagement, Merriman will act as principal American liaison to Supreme in connection with Supreme's U.S. operations.
