Mr. Walt Coles reports

SKEENA EXPANDS MANAGEMENT TEAM

Skeena Resources Ltd. has appointed Michael Cathro as vice-president of operations and Wendy Chan as vice-president of corporate development. They both join Skeena's management team effective immediately. Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, the company granted Mr. Cathro 600,000 incentive stock options with a term of five years, expiring on Jan. 29, 2020. Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four-month hold period from date of grant.

Mr. Cathro is a registered professional geoscientist in British Columbia and holds a BSc from Queen's University and an MSc from the Colorado School of Mines. Mr. Cathro's 35-year career has included work as an exploration geologist on gold and base metal projects in Canada and overseas, and 17 years in technical and management roles with the British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources. Prior to leaving the government in 2008, Mr. Cathro led the team that successfully completed the environmental review and permitting of the New Afton copper-gold project, now one of the largest underground metal mines in Canada.

Ms. Chan is a business strategist with over 18 years of management experience at Fortune 500 companies, specializing in strategy, planning, negotiating alliances and partnerships. Most recently, Ms. Chan has been assisting junior and mid-tier mining companies with capital raising and joint venture opportunities sourced from Asia.
