BIG BROTHER CANADA'S SINDY WITH AN 'S' GETS EVICTED WITH AN 'E'

In a unanimous 12-0 vote, Toronto's own Sindy Nguyen, better known as Sindy with an S, was the second house guest evicted from Shaw Communications Inc.'s Big Brother Canada in Wednesday night's drama-packed episode. In her eviction interview with Arisa Cox, Sindy learned that she is being given a rare second chance to re-enter the Big Brother Canada house. Keep watching on Global to find out how the first five will battle their way back into the house and seek vengeance on the house guests who sent them packing.

"You think you know the game, you think you know what you're doing, and then you go into the house and everything gets screwed up," said Sindy upon eviction. "I should have been more careful about who I spoke to and who I associated myself with, and I showed people that I was a competitive person."

Week two in the Big Brother Canada house was a maniacal madhouse from gruelling punishments to gossip and lies. After Bobby secured the highest power as the first head of household this season, his newfound alliance -- the Chop Shop -- set its sights on Kevin, and nominated the poker player alongside Brittnee for eviction. Prior to competing for the power of veto, the secret female alliance of the house gathered in the HOH room to talk game, and was shocked to see Kevin exit the washroom with a smirk, having overheard everything revealed about its strategy. Using this information to his benefit, Kevin lured the men together to go after the girls, won the POV, removed himself from the chopping block and watched on as Bobby named Sindy as his replacement nominee.

The drama did not stop there with the house guests feuding over a broken production camera in the backyard. Big Brother notified the house guests that the camera had been broken by someone and that they would all suffer a slop-only diet with no hot water privileges until the culprit confessed. Dubbed CameraGate on Twitter, house guests began pointing fingers, specifically at Sindy, only to learn from Arisa in Wednesday's show that it was all an April Fool's joke.

Unfortunately for Sindy, Wednesday's eviction was no joke, and neither was Kevin's HOH win, a power move that came as a surprise to both him and his fellow house guests. The drama continues Sunday as Kevin names his nominations and the house votes to evict in the season's first shocking instant eviction at 7 p.m. ET/PT on Global. The Big Brother Canada sideshow, with special guest Arlie Shaban (BBCAN2), airs Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Slice. Big Brother Canada airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT, Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT and Sundays at 7 p.m. ET/PT on Global.

Big Brother Canada's house guests are competing for a grand prize of $100,000, a $25,000 gift card from the Brick and a $10,000 trip of a lifetime, courtesy of Twistos. Based on Endemol's worldwide hit franchise and in association with Shaw Media, Big Brother Canada is produced by Insight Production Company Ltd., an award-winning production company most recently honoured with an Academy Icon Award on its 35th anniversary by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television.
