SAVARIA DECLARES ITS MONTHLY DIVIDEND

Savaria Corp. declared on June 20 a dividend of three cents per common share, in accordance with its monthly dividend policy, payable on July 16, 2018, to shareholders of record of the corporation at the close of business on June 29, 2018. This is an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act.
