SILK ROAD FINANCE INC. (FORMERLY SILK ROAD VENTURES LTD.) ANNOUNCES YEAR-END CHANGE

Silk Road Finance Inc. (formerly Silk Road Ventures Ltd.) has changed its financial year-end from Feb. 28 to Dec. 31. The change of the financial year-end is being made so that the company's new financial year-end coincides with the year-end in most emerging markets, where the company plans to develop its business.

The company's transition year will consist of a 10-month period ended on Dec. 31, 2014, with interim financial statements.
