SELECTCORE PROVIDED WITH NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ENFORCE SECURITY

Selectcore Ltd.'s senior secured lender, 1889072 Ontario Ltd., has provided the company with a second notice of intention to enforce security, the first of which had been disseminated by a material change report and a press release on Jan. 23, 2015, and Jan. 26, 2015, respectively. The senior secured loan facility between the company and the lender has matured, with a total balance outstanding of $2,529,011.
