SUBSCRIBE TECHNOLOGIES WELCOMES NEW TEAM MEMBERS

Subscribe Technologies Inc. has welcomed Rosie Hausler, vice-president of marketing, and Patrick Butler, vice-president, shareholder communications, to the company's management team.

Ms. Hausler is chief executive officer of Digital Clues Group, a Seattle-based strategic marketing agency that helps small-to-medium-sized companies connect with their best customers. She has over 25 years of technology, digital marketing and public relations experience, including in field marketing, consumer marketing, corporate marketing, public relations and sales support roles for companies such as Amazon, Junglee, Cisco Systems, Tandem Computers, Dataman Information Services, The Atlanta Journal and The Atlanta Constitution newspapers. In addition, Ms. Hausler has also served as a vice-president of marketing for three Silicon Valley start-ups and two Seattle start-ups, as well as been an interim chief marketing officer for many other small to mid-sized companies.

In her previous work, Ms. Hausler was recognized with a Grand Prize Bulldog Award by Bulldog Reporter for her work at Junglee just prior to the acquisition of Junglee by Amazon. She has also served on the board of the Silicon Valley chapter of the American Marketing Association and is a current member of the CMO Council, the Seattle Marketing Forum and WTIA. Ms. Hausler holds a BA in advertising from the Michigan State University College of Communications Arts and Sciences.

Moving forward, Ms. Hausler's focus will be working with the company's executive and software development teams to implement both dynamic and aggressive user acquisition and community building strategies for the company's flagship Gingerly business management platform.

Mr. Butler, vice-president, shareholder communications

Mr. Butler is a well-rounded public market professional having worked as a retail broker, licensed exempt market dealer, creator of full service marketing and advertising campaigns, corporate development strategies, and investor relations for public companies. Henceforth, Mr. Butler will lend his years of experience and extensive network in the public markets to help advance the Subscribe Technologies vision.

Meanwhile, since the company's July 17, 2018, announcement introducing Gingerly, the design and development team has successfully implemented and launched the first phase rollout of this new flagship product, now available to sign up for free on the Gingerly website. Next steps for the platform include the implementation of a voice-command-driven artificially intelligent business management assistant solution, the launch of a business management application marketplace and the initiation of the company's sales, marketing and awareness initiatives to grow the platform, among other assets.
