Royal Bank of Canada will delist its non-cumulative five-year rate-reset first preferred shares, Series AT, and non-cumulative five-year rate-reset first preferred shares, Series AV, from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, according to the TSX.

The exchange reports the bank will redeem all the outstanding Series AT and Series AV preferred shares on Aug. 24 for $25 per share.
