Radient Technologies Inc., further to its news release dated April 16, 2015, regarding a non-brokered private placement of up to 15 million units of the corporation for total proceeds of up to $1.5-million, the TSX Venture Exchange has granted Radient an extension on the deadline to complete the offering from May 25, 2015, to June 22, 2015.
