ROYAL SAPPHIRE ENTERS INTO AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE YUKON GOLD PROPERTY

Royal Sapphire Corp. has entered into an agreement with North of Sixty Ventures Inc., an arm's-length company, to acquire an undivided 100-per-cent interest in a property, consisting of 10 mineral claims located in the Yukon, in consideration for the issuance of 150,000 common shares of the company. Completion of the acquisition is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
