Pursuant to a resolution passed by directors on Nov. 17, 2015, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening, Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, the common shares of Lithium X Energy Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Royce Resources Corp. will be delisted.
