The company has been continued from Ontario to British Columbia, successfully changing its name from Galahad Metals Inc. to Rosehearty Energy Inc.

The company has also consolidated its outstanding common shares and warrants on a one-postconsolidation-share-for-10-preconsolidation-share basis. On a postconsolidation basis, there are 5,622,288 common shares and 166,200 outstanding share purchase warrants.
