RBC Quant U.S. Dividend Leaders (CAD Hedged) ETF will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as an industrial issuer at the open on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014, according to the TSX. The exchange reports the ETF will seek to provide unitholders with exposure, directly or indirectly through investment in other mutual funds managed by RBC Global Asset Management Inc. or an affiliate, to the performance of a diversified portfolio of high-quality U.S. dividend-paying equity securities that will provide regular income and that have the potential for long-term capital growth, while seeking to minimize the exposure to currency fluctuations between the U.S. dollar and the Canadian dollar.

The ETF plans to pay monthly distributions, expected to consist primarily of foreign investment income, but may also include net realized capital gains and returns of capital. The ETF will issue and sell units on a continuous basis, and there is no maximum number of units it can issue. It plans to sell 100,000 units at $20 each under its initial public offering. The manager of the ETF is RBC Global Asset Management.

The ETF's units will trade under the symbol RHU and Cusip No. 74933A 10 4.
