GLOBAL REMOTE TECHNOLOGIES CLOSES UNIT PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Global Remote Technologies Ltd. has closed a private placement of 1,256,600 units at a price of 10 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $125,660 ($100,000 (U.S.)). The proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes. The private placement, announced on June 30, 2015, had a maximum offering of 1.25 million units. The final number of units issued on the closing of the private placement included an overallotment of 6,600 units due to foreign currency exchange.

Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one share at a price of 24 cents per share for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

All securities issued under the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period.
