REPORT ON ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING SHARE CONSOLIDATION NOT PROCEEDING

At Regent Ventures Ltd.'s annual general meeting held Dec. 18, 2012, Richard Wilson, Douglas Eacrett, Bruno Mosimann, Eberhard Mueller and Kenneth (Don) Pilgreen were re-elected as directors for the ensuing year, the auditor was reappointed and the stock option plan was approved.

The special resolution proposing a consolidation of the company's shares on a one-new-for-10-old basis was defeated with over 90 per cent of the eligible votes at the meeting voting against the consolidation.
