RED EAGLE MINING ANNOUNCES APPLICATION TO EXTEND WARRANTS

Red Eagle Mining Corp. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of 3,375,000 common share purchase warrants. Each warrant currently entitles the holder to acquire one share for 25 cents expiring on Feb. 12, 2015. Pursuant to the proposed amendment, the warrants will be extended for a period of 16 months and will expire on June 28, 2016.
