RIO CRISTAL ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS AND RESIGNATIONS
Rio Cristal Resources Corp. has elected Matthew Watson, Dan Kriznic and Palu Philips to
its board of directors.
Mr. Watson is currently president and chief executive officer of Nathun Venture Advisors and an officer/board
member of several public and private companies.
Dan Kriznic, CPA, CA, is currently the president of Slocan Strategies Inc. and was previously the
chief financial officer and executive vice-president of Canada's largest for-profit education company. Prior to that he
was a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Mr. Philips is the founder of Keep Accounting and holds a bachelor of commerce from the Sauder
School of Business.
Effective Aug. 28, 2014, Tony Hines, Thomas Findley, Miguel Cardozo, Andre Gauthier and Hans
Flury have resigned from the board of directors of the company.
