ROCHESTER ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

At Rochester Resources Ltd.'s annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on Nov. 21, 2014, Eduardo Luna, Nick DeMare, Marc Cernovitch, Joseph Keane, Michael Magrum and Simon Tam were re-elected as directors for the ensuing year. The shareholders also passed all other resolutions, including an ordinary resolution to appoint the auditor of the company for the year as well as a special resolution to amend and replace the articles of the company.

Following the shareholders meeting, the board appointed Eduardo Luna as president and chief executive officer; Nick DeMare as chairman; Jose Manuel Silva as chief financial officer; and Harvey Lim as corporate secretary. The board also appointed Mr. Cernovitch, Mr. DeMare and Mr. Keane to the audit committee.
