The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 9,286 common shares at a deemed price of $1.40, in consideration of certain services provided to the company for the months of July and August, 2017, pursuant to an agreement dated July 1, 2017.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
