QUIZAM GRANTS OPTIONS TO EMPLOYEES

Quizam Media Corp. has granted incentive stock options to purchase a total of 350,000 shares of the company's capital stock to its employees.

These options will have a 24-month term, are exercisable up to Sept. 30, 2016, at an exercise price of 15 cents and 20 cents per share.

All stock options and any shares issued on the exercise of stock options will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring Jan. 30, 2015.

The stock options are subject to the terms of the company's stock option plan and regulatory approval.
