QUIZAM INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO 127K

Quizam Media Corp. has increased the private placement originally announced on Sept. 4 from $120,000 to $127,000. The offering consists of 4,233,333 shares at three cents per share, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. Each unit will consist of one common share with no warrant.
