PIZZA PIZZA ROYALTY CORP ANNOUNCES OCTOBER DIVIDEND AND TIMING OF THIRD QUARTER RESULTS

Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. has declared its monthly cash dividend of 7.13 cents per share for October, 2018.

The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 31, 2018, and will be paid on Nov. 15, 2018.

For tax purposes, the 2018 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend.

The company will issue its financial results for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2018, will be issued after markets close on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018.

The company invites analysts and portfolio managers to participate in a conference call with Paul Goddard, chief executive officer, and Curt Feltner, chief financial officer. The call will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, at 5 p.m. Shareholders and media are invited to listen to the call.
