PIZZA PIZZA ROYALTY CORP. ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER DIVIDEND

Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. has declared a cash dividend of 6.67 cents per share for September, 2014.

The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30, 2014, and will be paid on Oct. 15, 2014.

For tax purposes, the 2014 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend.
