Reference is made to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated June 29, 2016, with respect to the listing of the equity LP units, Series 1 preferred LP units and PVI warrants.

The issue prices and warrant exercise price are confirmed as follows:

Issued and outstanding:  up to 73,546,897 equity LP units, issued at a $25.96 (Canadian); up to 19,997,402 Series 1 preferred LP units, issued at $25 (U.S.) per Series 1 preferred LP unit

Exercise price of PVI warrants:  Each PVI warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one exchangeable share issued by the company for every five warrants held by such holder for a period of 10 years at a price of $32.45 (Canadian). There are 73,544,024 PVI warrants issued and outstanding.

Trading in the equity LP units, Series 1 preferred LP units and PVI warrants commenced at the open of business today.

Trading in the common shares of Partners Value Investments Inc. will remain halted pending delisting at the open of business on July 4, 2016.
