PUSHFOR ENGAGES FIRM OF GCR GLOBAL CAPITAL RESEARCH, GMBH AND MACKIE RESEARCH CAPITAL CORPORATION

Pushfor Investments Inc. has retained the services of GCR Global Capital Research GmbH, a company based in Germany, to provide investor relations services, in accordance with the objective of increasing market awareness for Pushfor Investments utilizing a number of financial market communications initiatives, including, but not limited to, assisting in the distribution of company news and news print dissemination.

Under the terms of the agreement, GCR Global Capital Research has been retained for a 12-month period for a fee of $350,000, plus applicable taxes.

Pushfor Investments has also retained the services of Mackie Research Capital Corp. to provide market stabilization and liquidity services.

Under the terms of the agreement, compensation for the services is $3,500 per month, plus applicable taxes, payable quarterly in advance.
