Pistol Bay Announces Effective Date of Consolidation

Vancouver, B.C. - May 30, 2018: Pistol Bay Mining Inc. (TSX-V - PST; Frankfurt - OQS2; OTC/Pink Sheet - SLTFF) ("Pisto
--->l Bay" or the "Company') is pleased to confirm the effective date for the consolidation of one (1) post-consolidation 
--->share for every two (2) pre-consolidation shares, as announced on May 17, 2018. 

The name and symbol of the Company will remain the same.  Effective at the opening on June 1, 2018, the shares of the 
--->Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.

Post-Consolidation Capitalization:  Unlimited shares with no par value of which approximately 24,173,824 shares are is
--->sued and outstanding.
