The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the option agreement dated May 21, 2015, between Pistol Bay Mining Inc., 1544230 Ontario Inc. and Persis Khambatta whereby Pistol Bay has the option to acquire 67 claim units (1,072 hectares) located in the Confederation Lake greenstone belt, 35 kilometres southeast of Red Lake, Ont., in consideration of two million common shares and $86,000.
