PASON SYSTEMS INC. ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

At the May 6, 2015, annual and special meeting of Pason Systems Inc. held in Calgary, Alta., the nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 19, 2015, were elected as directors of the company. Detailed results of the vote are set out herein. By an ordinary resolution passed by ballot, each of the eight nominees was elected as a director of the company until the next annual meeting or until his or her successor is elected or appointed.
