The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a mineral claims purchase and sale agreement dated Oct. 18, 2016, between Peace River Capital Corp., and Sustainable Capital Corp. (Brian Gusko) and Plateau Ventures LLC (Gavin Harrison), pursuant to which the company can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 233 mineral claims located in Grand County, Utah, known as the Paradox North property. In consideration, the company will make a cash payment of $100,000 (U.S.) and issue 2.5 million shares upon closing, and an additional $50,000 (U.S.) payment is due within 90 days of closing.
