Painted Pony Petroleum Ltd. will list an additional 5,275,050 shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014, according to the TSX. As in Painted Pony's Nov. 25, 2014, short form prospectus, it plans to sell 4,587,000 shares to the public at $12 each, raising $55,044,000. It has granted the underwriters an overallotment option to buy up to 688,050 more shares at the same price for 30 days from the closing of the offering.

Painted Pony plans to use the money raised to finance a portion of its capital expenditures and for general corporate purposes.
