PERUVIAN PRECIOUS METALS CORP. ANNOUNCES SHARES FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT

Peruvian Precious Metals Corp. has entered into a settlement agreement with a former employee of the company, which includes settling $25,117.94 in debt by the issuance of 251,179 common shares of the company.

The transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
