PERISSON PETROLEUM CORPORATION CLOSING OF EQUITY FINANCING

Perisson Petroleum Corp. has closed its previously announced equity financing. The company issued two million common shares of the company at an issue price of 10 cents per share for aggregate proceeds of $200,000. The proceeds of the placement will be used by Perisson for the payment of trade payables and general working capital. The shares issued will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from closing.
