PLAZA RETAIL REIT ANNOUNCES JUNE 2018 DISTRIBUTION

Plaza Retail REIT has declared its June, 2018, monthly distribution in the amount of 2.333 cents per unit (28 cents annualized). The June distribution will be payable on July 16, 2018, to unitholders of record as at June 29, 2018.

Under Plaza's distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP) unitholders are able to reinvest distributions in additional units at a 3-per-cent discount. Units purchased under the DRIP are not subject to the payment of brokerage commissions. Units will be valued at the weighted average closing price on the previous five trading days.
