PLAZA RETAIL REIT ANNOUNCES OCTOBER 2014 DISTRIBUTION

Plaza Retail REIT has declared its October, 2014, monthly distribution in the amount of two cents per unit (24 cents annualized). The October distribution will be payable on Nov. 17, 2014, to unitholders of record as at Oct. 31, 2014.
